Chief Executive Officer (CEO) |
The CEO shall be responsible for: <br> (a) all clinical and non-clinical functions of the Institute; <br> (b) preparation of the annual budget, and business plan for presentation and approval of the Board; <br> (c) maintenance and development of all ancillary services, including but not limited to pharmacy, nursing, materials management, human resources, clerical, communication, marketing and security services; <br> (d) ensuring timely, appropriate management of patients and procurement planning; <br> (e) undertaking clinical governance for quality control; <br> (f) assessing and auditing existing clinical programs and developing new clinical programs; <br> (g) to act as the principal accounting officer responsible and accountable for maintaining the financial discipline and transparency, and <br> (h) for implementation and execution of the objects of the Institute under the Board policies and to achieve the targets set by the Board. |
Qualification: <br> Professor in the field of Paediatric registered with PMDC is not over the age of 65 years. |
Terms & Conditions:-
i) The appointment will be made purely on contract basis.
ii) Only the candidates having Local/Domicile of Balochistan shall be eligible to apply.
iii) Upper age limit is 65 years.
