- The age limit will be considered as per the AJK Service Rules 1977.
- The last date for online application submission is February 20, 2025.
- After submitting the online application, modifications are allowed before final submission, but no changes can be made after that.
- A processing fee of PKR 1800 (non-refundable) must be deposited in any branch of Allied Bank Limited, Muzaffarabad, AJK, under account number 01-101-104282.
- Applicants must fill in the online form accurately, including the bank transaction number and date.
- A hard copy of the online application form, along with original bank deposit slip and required documents, must be sent via mail or courier to the AJK High Court, Muzaffarabad.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for a screening test.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written exam and interview.
- Required documents include academic certificates (Matric, FA/FSc, BA/BSc, LLB), character certificate, domicile, CNIC, and 10 years of legal practice certificate countersigned by the President/Secretary of the Bar Association, and enrollment certificates attested by a Class-1 gazetted officer.
- Applicants currently employed in government service must apply through the proper channel.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
