Government of the Balochistan, Home Department requires services of Director General, Balochistan Forensic Science Agency for appointment on contract basis for a period of two (02) years (extendable) as per following criteria to lead all technical, administrative and operational functions of the Balochistan Forensic Science Agency (BFSA).

MSc/Ph.D. in Forensic Science or Forensic Pathology or Forensic Medicine and Toxicology or Forensic Immunology or Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Physics or Biotechnology or Genetics or Biological Sciences or Pharmaceutics or Computer Forensics or Molecular Biology or Masters in Administrative Management Sciences from a University (Preferably Foreign Qualification) recognized by HEC. i) Minimum Twelve years of experience as Bench Analyst (hands on lab work) in forensic laboratory of international repute experience in administrative or supervisory post in forensic laboratory or administrative/management experience of MNCs holding supervisory roles in organizational development (OD), Management Information Systems (MIS) Implementation, Operations Management, HR Recruitment & Selection, Process Reengineering, QCA Implementation accredited with ISO-9001 or 17025 |

General Terms and Conditions of Appointment:
a. The position is based in Balochistan Forensic Science Agency, Quetta.
b. The Government Servants shall apply through proper channel
c. Shortlisted professionals will have to appear for an interview before the Selection Committee and give presentation on their approach, methodology, understanding of the task and deliverables.
d. Only short-listed candidates will be considered for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interview/presentation and the Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
e.
