How to Apply?
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in the disciplines of Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 14-15 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with preferably 5 years of experience in Human Resources at a senior equivalent position or one position below.
- REQUIREMENTS
- AGE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization, with business acumen, smart risk taking, emotional intelligence, above average tactical skills, and stress tolerance.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives contributing to organizational success.
- Analytical skills to address complex HR issues and propose effective solutions.
- Thorough knowledge of employment and labour laws.
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 50 years of age on the last date for submission of application.
