Position

  • Territory Manager High Street Sales

How to Apply?

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within coverage areas.
  • Coordinate with distributors to develop market insights and target sales opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
  • Implement promotional activities and trade programs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and sales performance.
  • Ensure proper stock management at the distributor level.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales data and market information.
  • Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master's degree from a recognized university or institution.
  • Experience:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in a national/multinational organization.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, or distribution management.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.
  • Skills in:

  • Junior Management Position - Territory Manager Commercial Sales

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for Retail, Kiryana, and Wholesale channels.
  • Preparation of Daily Sales Control Sheets for all retailers and submission of Tour Itinerary before field visits.
  • Ensure market coverage and monitor sales team performance.
  • Ensure the market & distribution are up to monitor the performance of TSD/Distributor (DSP) and take necessary action to improve.
  • Ensure no swing through (ST)/shortage of stock/outlets from the client end related to route registration/coverage issues.
  • Ensure proper in-store execution & resolution of M & S issues of retail outlets with the support of TSD.
  • Ensure implementation of company strategies/activities related to retail outlets of assigned territory to improve customer service in outlet.
  • Ensure proper journey plan/route plan is followed by TSD on daily basis.
  • Ensure daily visits of assigned retailers/outlets of assigned territory at least once every month to ensure company's target achievement.
  • Ensure coverage of distribution as per the outlets in the assigned territory which are not meeting the criteria of the company to ensure maximum coverage.
  • Encourage all distributors to achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure that CODs are done in time & maximum issues of the dealers or the assigned territory facilitate the same.
  • Ensure that claims of appropriate targets are issued and registered and are processed within due date.
  • Ensure that the TSD team is properly equipped with the tools to perform the job with maximum utilization of the outlets and ensure that there is adequate credit utilization for the sales outlets and ROI for the company.
  • To ensure that there are no quality and quantity failures in the area to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • To conduct Market surveys/competitors' activities time to time and report to the direct manager.
  • To conduct Customer (store visits) and WCS/trainings for the outlet staff to facilitate the staff in order to achieve the target.
  • Any other assignment as deemed appropriate by supervisor.
  • Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master's degree from a recognized university or institution.
  • Experience:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in a national/multinational organization.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, or distribution management.
  • Other Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales and distribution areas i.e. Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Age: The candidate should preferably not be more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
