1	Executive Director (Exploration)	Master's or Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Geology or Geophysics or Geosciences. Higher qualifications will be given preference.	18 years of progressively responsible relevant post-qualification experience, including 7 years of relevant senior management experience in the E&P Sector.	57 years
2	Executive Director (Production)	Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering. Higher qualifications will be given preference.	7 years of relevant senior management experience in the E&P Sector.	—
3	General Manager (Security)	The candidate should be a highly experienced retired Army Officer not below the rank of Brigadier with at least 24 years of distinguished service who should have completed the Pakistan Staff Course and served in an intelligence setup.	—	55 years

Note:

The selected candidate will be offered a 3-year contract employment, extendable by mutual consent, with a market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and company policy.
In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
No travel or daily allowances (TA/DA) will be admissible.
