1. Facility Manager
   • Experience: 8–10 years in facilities management.
   • Skills: Managing housekeeping, electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance teams.
   • Preference: Candidates with experience in 5-star or luxury hotels in Pakistan. Requires strong leadership, planning, and maintenance management skills.
2. Electrical Supervisor
   • Education: Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
   • Skills: Experience in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred.
3. Mechanical Supervisor
   • Education: Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
   • Skills: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred.
4. Housekeeping Supervisor
   • Skills: Experience in managing housekeeping operations and staff. Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and inventory management.
