a. Bachelor's in Engineering / Administrative Sciences / other relevant disciplines with first division from HEC recognized university. b. No third division (CGPA less than 2.00/4.00 in case of semester system of examinations or aggregate percentage less than 50% in case of annual system of examinations) in entire academic career. |
Minimum Fourteen (14) years or Twelve (12) years post qualification experience in academics & Establishment / Administrative matters for degree holders with sixteen (16) years or eighteen (18) years of education respectively which must include five years of experience in equivalent position / post. Additional Attributes: a. Candidates having foreign qualification / experience and excellent academic/professional credentials/suitability for the post will be preferred. b. The ideal candidate should: I. Be able to manage the operations of the institute's examinations department in a progressive, efficient and effective manner. II. Be well versed with the functions and affairs of the examinations department in a Higher Educational Institution (HEI) / Degree Awarding Institute (DAI). III. Be knowledgeable regarding the examinations department's role in convocations, meetings of statutory / functional bodies and HEC policies regarding conducting of examinations, award of grades, transcripts, degrees, handling of disciplinary cases and relevant matters etc. IV. Be conversant with application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in examination systems. V. Have excellent communication, leadership, presentation and team management skills. |
