- All the posts are Islamabad based. Interviews/Presentations for all the posts will be conducted only in IST, Islamabad.
- The age will be calculated on the closing date of applications. Ex-Govt officials / Ex-servicemen may be granted age relaxation as per Govt rules.
- NOC for applying for the advertised post from current employer is mandatory.
- Only short listed candidates would be called for interview/presentation
- If a large number of applications are received for any post then only the best suitable candidates would be called for interview/presentation.
- Compliance to eligibility criteria for any post does not guarantee shortlisting for interview / presentation.
- TA/DA will not be admissible for appearing in the interview/presentation.

- Retired armed forces officers should also submit attested photocopies of their release /retirement order and NOC (mandatory) from General HQs/AirHQs/Naval HQs, as applicable, for re-employment on the posts mentioned in the above table, along with their application forms.
- Retired government officers (including those retired from autonomous organizations) should also submit attested photocopies of their release/retirement order, along with their application forms.
- Incomplete/late applications and those sent through email would not be processed further / considered.

- Completely filled and duly signed application form along with detail updated CV, attested photocopies of degrees / certificates / final transcripts/marks sheets from matric onwards, experience certificates and detail list of research publications in HEC recognized journals i.e. only 'W' category (Impact Factor) journals, CNIC, recent passport size photograph and other documents (if any) required to support the candidate's eligibility for the applied post should be sent to the address mentioned below.
