Advertisement for Temporary / Seasonal Work Charge Recruitment
Applications are invited for the recruitment of Baildar, Regulator Baildar, Gauge Reader, and Chowkidar posts on a work charge basis for the financial year 2025-26 as per departmental rules and regulations in Malik Nahar Sahiwal Division, LBDC Sahiwal.
- Hiring for these posts will be done as per the instructions issued by the Secretary Irrigation, vide letter No. SO(E-III)-8-6/2021 dated 22-01-20.
- Hiring for these posts will be purely on a temporary basis for a maximum period of 89 days. However, the department may extend the duration periodically as per its needs.
- The number of the above-mentioned posts is subject to approval by the competent authority and can be increased or decreased as per requirement.
Salaries will be paid as per the Schedule of Wages issued by the Government of Punjab.
- Interested candidates can submit their applications at the Divisional Office, Sahiwal Division, LBDC Sahiwal by the 25th of each month.
- It is mandatory for the candidate to be a resident of the regional limits of the Department of Irrigation, Sahiwal Division.
- Hiring orders will be issued for a specific duration after approval by the competent authority and availability of funds as per requirement.
- Work charge employees can be terminated from service at any time without any notice or reason. No right to appeal against this will be available in any court or institution, nor will work charge employees have any right to be made permanent on the basis of their services.
