- The tenure of the membership is 03 years as prescribed under section-7 of the Act.
- The decision of the selection committee constituted under section 6 of Islamabad Healthcare Regulations Act, 2018 shall be final and not challengeable on any grounds.
- The applicant should not have conflict of interest.
- Incomplete applications/CVs or received after due date will not be entertained.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates.
