1	Professor Microbiology	BPS-21	01	PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 8 years of post-PhD level experience in an HEC recognized university or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Minimum 15 research publications in journals recognized by HEC/PM&DC, with at least 5 in the last 5 years.
2	Lecturer Chemical Pathology	BPS-18	01	MBBS/BDS with 2 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Alternatively, an M. Phil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
3	Lecturer Oral Pathology	BPS-18	01	M. Phil or equivalent degree awarded after 18-years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
4	Professor Microbiology	BPS-21	01	PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 8 years of post-PhD level experience in an HEC recognized university or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Minimum 15 research publications in journals recognized by HEC/PM&DC, with at least 5 in the last 5 years.

Preference will be given to candidates with basic qualifications in MBBS/BDS for faculty appointments in Basic Medical Sciences, Pathology & Diagnostic Medicine.
This preference will be applied prospectively and will not affect already appointed faculty with non-MBBS/BDS qualifications. The university reserves the right to rectify errors and adjust the number of positions.
