SITUATION VACANT

Khyber Medical University requires the services of the following position on an emergency basis for a donor-funded short-term/fixed-term project regarding mental health assessment and follow-up.

Position Details

Post: Admin/Finance/Knowledge & Information Management Officer
Duty Location: Peshawar

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 03 years of professional experience working with development organizations.
- Experience in information management, administration, finance, or project coordination is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and logistical support.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and attendance records.
- Maintain project files, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between departments, faculty, and stakeholders.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure.
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and payment requests.
