- Candidates must submit their applications along with attested copies of school certificates, computerized national identity card, state subject certificate (first class) and domicile, and two passport size photographs and other educational and experience certificates. Applications received without attested copies or incomplete will be considered rejected.
- It is mandatory to apply separately for each post.
- Employees working in government/semi-government organizations/departments are eligible to apply through their respective departments.
- It is mandatory to bring original documents/certificates etc. at the time of test and interview. Candidates who do not have original documents will not be allowed to participate in the test/interview.
- Candidates with additional educational qualifications/experience (driver, electrician, plumber, etc.) will be given preference.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacant posts.
- All applications must reach the office of the Deputy Director Local Government and Rural Development District Jhelum Valley within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
