Terms and Conditions:
- The Work-Charged / Contingent Paid Staff will be hired keeping their skills in view, in accordance with the PAMRA Regulations 2021.
- The temporary selection will be on a work-charged basis for a minimum of 60 days to a maximum of 75 days under the Daily Wages Schedule 2025, approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.
- Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit under the current recruitment policy of the government for work-charged/contingent paid staff. This appointment is purely temporary and creates no right for regular appointment.
- The Work-Charged / Contingent Paid Staff can be terminated or recalled during the financial year according to the requirement.
- Selected work-charged contingent paid staff will be posted in the District Gujranwala area at the Market Committee Gujranwala Office.
- The Work-Charged / Contingent Paid staff will be given wages according to the fixed rates approved by the government.
- Work-Charged / Contingent Paid staff will not be allowed to leave without prior notice.
- The competent authority holds the right to dismiss any Work-Charged / Contingent Paid staff member at any time. No legal action can be taken against such dismissal.
