LLB (mandatory); LLM or specialization in Commercial, Corporate, or PPP Law preferred. Minimum 7-10 years' experience in contract management, procurement, or PPP/infrastructure projects.

CA, CFA, ICMA, ACCA, or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant discipline, with 7-10 years' experience in financial modelling, PPP transaction structuring, or project finance.

Bachelor's / Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or relevant discipline, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in planning, design review, or execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Bachelor's / Master's in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or International Trade with a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in international trade issues, import and export processes, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.
