e. |
Proficiency in quality-related digital tools and data analytics (ERP/QMS software, Power BI, SPC tools, Industry 4.0 applications etc) in addition to basic IT skills (MS Project, Primavera etc). |

f. |
International certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ASQ-certified professional will be preferred. |

Experience: Candidate with following experience will be preferred:-
a. 10-15 years of experience in quality management within defense production, aerospace, automotive or heavy engineering industries.
b. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, rebuild, or base overhaul of tracked and wheeled defense vehicles, including MRAPS/MRVs will be highly preferred.
c. Experience in supplier quality management, risk management and international collaboration
PAY PACKAGE: Negotiable
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Hiring of consultant will be for a period of three years further extendable to another one year.
