PMC (GWADAR SHIPYARD)
SITUATION VACANT
Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for appointment on the post of "Executive Project Director for Project Management Cell of Gwadar Shipyard". The appointment shall be made on contract basis initially for 2 x years, extendable on performance basis. The qualification, experience and other requirements are as follow: -
Qualification:-
- Master's Degree (preferably engineering)
Experience and Skills:-
- At least 10 to 15 years extensive experience of managing marine industry/organization.
- Management experience preferably in a high-technology setup.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to provide leadership to a diverse group of people.
- Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous tasks and to function well under pressure.
- Experience in formulating objectives, standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of negotiations and administration of contracts and legal aspects of an organization.
- Working knowledge and experience of developing budgets and using cost control techniques.
- Experience of managing and evaluating technical and supervisory personnel in a marine environment.
Terms and Conditions: -
- Eligibility of candidate will be determined on the basis of academic qualification, experience etc. as mentioned above.
- Appointment will be made on Standard Pay Package for PSDP projects / relevant Government rules
- Maximum age limit is 60 years on the date of receipt of application. It includes age relaxation as per government rules.
- Interviews will be held at Rawalpindi.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone recruitment process at any stage.
- Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
Ineligibility: -
- Personnel dismissed or removed from Govt service as a consequence of disciplinary proceedings.
- Personnel convicted by the court of competent jurisdiction.
