Manages overall security operations and maintenance of the MOIB's LAN and WAN. Manages security of the MOIB's internal and external data, systems & services including websites. Manages firewall performance, deployments, upgrades, enhancements, logging, and awareness and application uses. Manages and implements policies and procedures for LAN/WAN access, regardless of location. Responsible to manage firewall rules, security policies, and access control lists (ACLs) on multiple platforms. Acts as primary point-of-contact person for all security and incident-related analysis and reports. Manages security projects, including but not limited to security monitoring, incident response, and security awareness. Reports to the IT Operations Manager. Conducts security risk assessments, penetration testing, recommends security policies and future IT security technologies to management. Develops, manages, and executes security plans, observes network operations, recommends, implements, and supervises security measures, development of technical standards, and procedures, and conducts security awareness training for all staff. Manages systems that participate in the security scanning of intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention security devices to provide specialized expertise in all aspects of intrusion detection/prevention systems. Develops security event correlation, security monitoring, security incident response, and security vulnerability management processes. Manages and coordinates mitigation activities in response to identified security weaknesses or events. Manages and coordinates authentication and authorization protocols, and manages access local network security risks & vulnerabilities assessments. The Cloud security work with team to ensure that security is integrated into all cloud infrastructure.

1st Class or Grade 'B' Master's (16 years Education) Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the HEC. <br><br> 2nd Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's (16 years Education) Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System Engineering or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the PEC. <br><br> Experience: 5 years experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) Security Analysis & Design, ICT Security/ Programming, Cyber Security, System Administration in BS-17 or above or equivalent in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ Private Sector Organization. <br><br> Maximum Age: 40 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per Govt. rules. <br><br> Preferred: The preference will be given to candidates having Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), relevant Network and Security Certifications from authorized organizations.

Responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Responsible for front-end, back-end, and database coding languages, development applications, and digital systems. Build the front-end applications through appealing visual design software and desktop systems engineering or any other relevant and equivalent. To produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. Develop and maintain existing systems. Fix bugs and improve software. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and improve software.

1st Class or Grade 'B' Master's/Bachelor's (16 years education) from a University recognized by the HEC. <br><br> 2nd Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's (16 years education) degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software and Desktop System Engineering or any other relevant recognized by the PEC. <br><br> Maximum age: 35 years. <br><br> Preferred: Preference will be given to candidate who is experienced in Full Stack Development.

Responsible for all administrative matters pertaining to project DCD. Prepares and processes all correspondence and reports. Organizes and maintains a filing system. Manages the office logistics for DCD and all Project staff as per the DCD and MoIB Pakistan.

1st Class or Grade 'B' Master's (16 years education) degree in Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the HEC. <br><br> 2nd Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's (16 years education) degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software and Desktop System Engineering or equivalent recognized by the PEC. <br><br> Maximum age: 30 years. <br><br> Preferred: Preference will be given to candidate who is experienced in IT/ Admin related assignments in Govt. or Private Sector.
