Situations Vacant: Appointment of Legal Advisors
Applications are invited from qualified and experienced advocates and law firms for appointment on a three-year retainership basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
Vacant Positions & Compensation
- Legal Advisor (Lahore): Rs. 175,000/- per month.
- Assistant Legal Advisor (Rawalpindi): Rs. 150,000/- per month.
Scope of Work
Represent and defend cases on behalf of J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals. Responsibilities include providing legal opinions, preparing pleadings, and assisting in matters related to property, tenancy, land management, and estate administration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid License:
- Supreme Court of Pakistan (required for Legal Advisor).
- High Court (required for Assistant Legal Advisor).
- Experience: Sufficient experience in civil litigation, particularly property, estate, tenancy, and land revenue matters.
- Qualifications: Candidate must possess LL.B / LL.M qualifications.
- Practice: Candidates working independently or serving as Senior Partner/Owner of a law firm are preferred.
- Professional Standing: Must possess good professional standing with no criminal record or professional misconduct history.
