How to Apply?
- RFP documents, including requirements, description of the assignment, terms of reference (ToRs), tenure, and evaluation criteria, are available on E-PADS.
- The selection process will follow a single-stage two-envelope method, involving separate technical and financial proposals, as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules of 2004.
- Electronic RFP responses, prepared according to the instructions in the RFP documents, must be submitted via E-PADS within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
- The proposals will be opened on February 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the committee room of the Ministry of National Food Security and Research in Islamabad.
- Hard copy submissions are not accepted.
