i. Master of Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering from a recognized local or foreign university. <br> ii. Minimum 20 years' experience in large-scale healthcare ICT and low voltage infrastructure projects. <br> iii. Proven expertise in managing SMART hospital systems and digital health transformations. <br> iv. Familiarity with major EMR (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) systems. <br> v. In-depth understanding of international standards (TIA/EIA, ISO, NFPA, IEEE, HTM/HBN). <br> vi. Facilities management certification will be preferred. |
