Positions

Post	Vacancies	Qualification	Age Limit
Civil Engineer	None	Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of housing schemes and infrastructure development works. Experience in project management, contractor supervision, estimation, billing, and proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Project or other relevant software will be preferred.	Retired Civil Engineers with age less than 65 years can also apply
Accountant-cum-Office Assistant	None	Bachelor's Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (BBA/MBA Finance), or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, office administration, financial record management, and maintenance of office files/records, preferably in a housing scheme, real estate, construction company, developers' organization, or any reputable public or private organization. Must have sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping; experience in maintaining allottees' files, housing records, correspondence, and office documentation; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage, Tally, or any equivalent accounting software; ability to prepare vouchers, cash books, bank reconciliation statements, financial reports, and maintain office records efficiently; good communication, drafting, filing, and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in housing schemes, cooperative societies, builders/developers, or real estate organizations.	None
