Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) is hiring workforce for the project "Outsourcing of Janitorial Services of Multan & Khanewal Railway Stations".
Key Details:
- Contract Basis: The positions are on a contract basis for one year, extendable with mutual consent.
- Locations: Multan and Khanewal railway stations.
- Application Deadline: June 26, 2025.
Available Positions:

1. Project Manager (Male)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
- Preference for Master's degree or relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility management services.
- Experience in managing teams at public infrastructure sites such as railway stations, airports, or hospitals.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and procurement.
- Age Limit: 30-45 years.

2. Supervisors (Male)
- Number of Positions: 6
- Eligibility:
- Intermediate (F.A/FSc) or equivalent.
- Preference for a diploma in Public Health, Environmental Sciences, or Facility Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial/cleaning services or waste management.
- Experience in managing teams at public places.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Urdu and English.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and eco-friendly cleaning practices.
- Age Limit: 21-40 years.

3. Store Keeper (Male & Female)
- Number of Positions: 2
- Eligibility:
- Matriculation or equivalent.
- Preference for a diploma or certification in Store Management, Inventory Control, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in janitorial, facility management, or logistics.
- Experience in handling cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Inventory Management Software preferred).
- Ability to manage and track stock levels.
- Knowledge of safe storage and handling of cleaning supplies.
- Age Limit: 21-35 years.

4. Sanitary Workers (Male & Female)
- Number of Positions: 35
- Eligibility:
- Literate with the ability to read signs/instructions in Urdu.
- No formal education required but able to understand instructions.
- Must be physically/mentally fit to perform cleaning tasks.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning services in public spaces.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh candidates may be considered if suitable.
- Age Limit: 20-40 years.

5. Sewer Man (Male)
- Number of Positions: 5
- Eligibility:
- No formal education required but able to understand instructions.
- Able to follow basic instructions in Urdu.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and emergency situations.
- Familiarity with the use of basic sewer cleaning tools and safety protocols.
- Age Limit: 20-40 years.
