• Term of Appointment:

• The appointment is for two years, subject to the approval of the Secretary Law Department, Punjab, and will be in accordance with the Punjab Local Council (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003.

• Other Conditions: The appointment can be terminated with a one-month notice or immediately with government approval.

• No separate notification for interviews will be issued, and no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• The Municipal Committee Kamar Mushani reserves the right to reject any application without stating a reason.
• The appointment will be governed by the Punjab Local Government (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003 and any subsequent amendments or guidelines issued by the government.
• Duties:

• The legal advisor will provide legal advice and handle all cases and matters assigned by the Municipal Committee Kamar Mushani, including court appearances.
