How to Apply?
- Applications are required (for Legal Adviser Municipal Committee Dina) Applications for Legal Adviser to Municipal Committee Dina are requried upto 06/10/2023.
- The application should be accompanied by a certificate of experience of five years from the High Court bar and certified by the District Attorney.
- The legal advisor will be given a monthly honorarium by the Municipal Committee Dina as determined by the Government.
- The-term appointment will be two years.
- TADA will be given as per government instructions for pursuing the case in any court other than district Jhelum.5
- Legal Adviser has to pursue cases in High Courts/District Courts/Labor Courts, ombudsmen office as well as Service Tribunals.
- The original application along with the above mentioned information should be received by Municipal Committee Dina by 05/10/2023.
- Incomplete and other applications will be rejected.
- All actions will be carried out according to the prevailing Legal Advisor Rules of the Government of Punjab.
