Municipal Kamili Angar District Gujarat requires the services of a part-time (Legal Adviser) Legal Adviser to follow up cases. In this regard, the last date of submission of the application of the applicant is a minimum of 5 years of good legal practice experience, bar council registration is not required. In particular, it is important to be familiar with the legal issues of the local body.
Earlier the remuneration of the Legal Adviser was fixed at Rs 250001 per month by the Government of Punjab.
The authority of appointment of legal advisor and approval of monthly remuneration is vested in the Department of Law, Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Punjab.
The Legal Adviser has to PV all types of cases of the part.
Outside district will be entitled to TAJDA as per rules for follow up. Candidate's qualification should be at least BALLB. In this regard, the applications with full details, 3 passport size photographs, 4 ID card photocopies dated 2024-08-17 can be submitted to the office of Musail Keni Zanka Tehsil Kharian District Gujarat during office hours.
