The Municipal Committee shall provide necessary legal advice free of charge in various cases. The legal adviser will not be the adviser of any other organization except the Municipal Committee Jaranwala.
The Legal Adviser shall be allowed to practice privately but shall not appear in any case against the Municipal Committee. 10 -
The legal advisor shall be obliged to submit the answers to the claims filed against the municipal committee in court and the municipal committee shall provide the records of the related claims to the legal advisor.
11 If the Legal Adviser has to go to any other place outside Jaranwala to follow up the cases, as per Grade 17 travel expenses in Khardev.
Allowance will be paid.
