How to Apply?
- No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for the interview.
- Applicants must be practicing lawyers of the High Court with at least five years of experience.
- The monthly salary is PKR 25,000 or as determined by the Government of Punjab. TA/DA will be provided according to the law for court appearances outside the Taunsa Municipal Committee jurisdiction.
- The Legal Advisor will provide legal advice on all matters referred to them.
- The Legal Advisor is required to appear in the High Courts, Services Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal, Labour Courts, Civil Courts, and the Ombudsman, as well as other courts or forums where litigation against the Municipal Committee Taunsa is pending.
- The appointment is temporary for two years or as assigned by the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab.
- Hiring is subject to the issuance of an appointment order by the Secretary, Government of Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Lahore.
- Candidates must be confident and proficient in spoken and written English and Urdu.
- Interested candidates should submit their applications with a resume and attested copies of their CNIC, a valid High Court Bar Association license, educational certificates up to LLB, experience certificates, and two passport-size photographs.
- Applications from candidates with less than five years of High Court practice will not be considered.
- Additional information regarding the interview or hiring can be obtained from the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee, Taunsa during office hours.
- Applications with cuttings, tears, or doubts, or those received after the deadline (May 14, 2025), will not be considered.
