- To develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and government entities.
- To provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- To stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Advance Salary product.
- To prepare and manage the budget for the Advance Salary Wing.
- To perform any other assignment(s) as assigned by the supervisor(s). |
