Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Business Administration / Finance or in a related field from a HEC recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in the area of Program Lending (Conventional & Islamic) / Retail Lending.

  • To ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and government entities.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • To stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Advance Salary product.
  • To prepare and manage the budget for the Advance Salary Wing.
  • To perform any other assignment(s) as assigned by the supervisor(s). |
