About The Role:
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for ensuring appropriate advice to the Board, and management, on all financial matters of NESPAK. for ensuring fiscal health, driving sustainable growth, and for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control.
Overseeing financial planning, costing & taxation, budgeting, financial projections, and supporting tactical initiative to manage change by implementing best corporate financial and accounting system.
Identify and mitigate key elements of Company's Financial risks and if required to raise additional capital to align with NESPAK's strategic goals.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of public sector financial regulation, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Age:
Maximum age limit is 55 years on the closing date of application.
Remunerations:
The candidate will be offered competitive compensation up to PKR 1.8 million per month lump sum salary package commensurate with experience and qualification.
Tenure:
The successful candidate will be hired on a contract, initially for a period of 3-years, extendable further as per the requirement of the Company.
