HIRING OF MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR NESPAK

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), is desirous of selecting and appointing its new Managing Director (MD) on a contract basis, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. NESPAK provides Engineering Consultancy Services to the public as well as the private sector, especially in the fields of energy, water, agriculture, roads and highways, environmental and public health, ports and harbors, airports, IT, oil and gas, etc.

Reporting to the NESPAK Board of Directors, the MD shall be responsible for the operations and management of NESPAK, including the formulation and implementation of innovative strategies, plans, and policies, with an aim to improve NESPAK's profitability through business development in both domestic and international markets.

Required Qualification and Experience:

1. Professional Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics) registered with a recognized Council/Authority, holding at least Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized institution.
2. Candidates with Doctorate or Master's degree from QS-100 ranked universities shall be preferred.
3. Proven track record of working in relevant sectors, and demonstrated technical, and entrepreneurial skills.
4. Minimum 20 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management position in the engineering consultancy industry, dealing with matters relating to the design and implementation of large infrastructural and engineering projects.
5. Demonstrated leadership experience.
6. Candidate shall not be more than Sixty(60) years of age on the closing date of application.
7. Only Pakistani National are eligible to apply. Multiple Nationality holders are also eligible to apply provided they are also Pakistani Nationals.

The selected candidate shall be offered an initial contract of three (03) years which shall be extendable based on performance. However, the incumbent shall cease to hold office on attaining the age of sixty-five (65) years. The selected candidate shall be offered a market-based attractive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
