Bachelor Degree in Law with post qualification experience of 5-years including at least 03-years of law practice including experience gained through law firm and/or as in-house counsel in corporate organization. Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be an additional advantage. Incumbent must be computer literate. Knowledge of laws dealing with the electricity sector will be additional advantage. Registered with Provincial or Pakistan Bar Council. |

INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS:
i. Candidates are advised to apply online on prescribed Application Form available on NTS website (www.nts.org.pk). The application forms/Fees Challan must reach at National Testing Service (NTS), Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad by Courier Service/Pakistan Post etc. on or before the last date of submission of applications mentioned below.
ii. Photocopies of educational documents/experience certificates are not required at this stage.
iii. Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee of Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred & Fifty only) as prescribed by NTS.
iv. Candidates may contact NTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centers, results etc.
v. Position is on open merit.
vi. Candidates must possess relevant degree/equivalence recognized by HEC. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
vii. The position is contract based, and selected candidate will be offered lump-sum market pay-package and will not be regularized in service. The successful candidate will be offered three years contract extendable with mutual consent.
viii. The candidates appearing in the interview must bring their original credentials (CNIC, educational certificates duly verified by HEC, verified copies of experience certificate(s), card(s) / certificate(s) of registration with professional/respective bodies (PEC/High court or Bar Council Registration etc., departmental NOC in case the candidate is already working in government department/organization and other relevant document(s) along with attested copy thereof.
ix. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview/written test.
x. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect & misleading information/concealment of facts shall be disqualified at any stage, even after selection, with cost.
xi. The candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary ground as well as dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
xii. Candidate, if selected against these position will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company.
