E-Learning Team Lead
(AVP/OG-3) Age limit: 45 years
Job Description: The E-Learning Team Lead plays a vital role in the planning, development, implementation, and growth of e-learning at NIBAF. This role involves the complete management of the e-learning process, along with the preparation of human resource training materials in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about creating e-learning solutions that meet international standards and align with modern principles. This position also carries the responsibility of identifying e-learning challenges and resolving them effectively.
Education: HEC recognized 16 years of education (Master's degree or equivalent)
Experience: 10 years relevant experience
Training Designer - Emerging Technologies
(SVP/OG-4) Age limit: 35 years
Job Description: This role is responsible for designing and developing training programs related to emerging technologies, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, data analytics, blockchain, and cybersecurity. The designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative and engaging learning experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing curriculum, creating instructional materials, and evaluating program effectiveness.
