E-Learning Expert

Your Role

The E-Learning Expert will serve as a key liaison between the Financial Literacy and Inclusion Program (FLIP) team and vendors, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance during content development. This role requires active collaboration to ensure that all e-learning courses are educationally effective, meet learning outcomes, and are enhanced through technical and strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will also play a crucial role in developing impactful e-learning content that is accessible, user-friendly, and sustainable across online and offline platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and collaborate with external service providers to ensure the management and development of e-learning content adhere to institutional standards.
• Advise on e-learning strategies for the integration and development of e-learning content.
• Assist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues related to e-learning content.
• Implement changes (online, offline, hybrid, blended).
• Make content developed by trainees of government and other institutions usable and functional.
• Mechanism for impressions and graphics for interactive content.
• Advise on the application of blended learning.
• Work with instructional designers and content experts to ensure training material aligns with learning objectives and performance outcomes.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, LMS, Authoring Tools like Moodle and Digital Content Platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Genially, Level Up!, H5P, and collaboration with content development teams to ensure quality.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant professional experience with SCORM/KAPI standards and various platform deliveries (web, mobile app, PC).
• Demonstrated ability to advise on software selection, technical aspects, and long-term sustainability considerations.

Our Offerings

A competitive package based on skills and experience. Initial 6-month contract, extendable. Opportunity to work on a national educational project. This position is available in NIBAF Pakistan, Islamabad.
