QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
DAE (Civil) or B.TECH (Civil). Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Housing Society or Construction Projects.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of site supervision, BOQs, quantity estimation, quality control, and contractor supervision. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office. |

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
B.Com (Minimum Qualification). Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Housing Society.
SKILLS:
Strong knowledge of journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements. Ability to prepare and interpret Balance Sheets and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. |
