Vacant Position: Director D-II (BPS-21)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Job Description: The Director serves as the executive and academic head of the institute, responsible to the Board of Directors (BoD) for a three-year term.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education: PhD in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, or Administrative/Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Publications: Total of 15 publications in HEC-recognized journals (at least 5 in the last five years).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in higher education or reputable regulatory bodies. At least 3 years must be in a senior leadership role (C-suite level, e.g., Managing Director or CEO).
- Compliance: Must meet "Fit & Proper Criteria" per SECP 2015 guidelines and demonstrate knowledge of the Companies Act, 2017.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (with a possible 2-year relaxation).

- Length of service and administrative experience.
- Research publications and academic performance (PhD/M.Phil produced, grants, etc.).
- Equivalence certificates from HEC for foreign degrees.
