Qualifications
Passed Intermediate / HSC-II (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks. Age limit: 17-25 years. Fresh diploma holders (one-year) from recognized institutes eligible as per Prospectus.
Last Date
Last date of submission of application form (Online Portal): 19 October, 2026 (Till 5:00 PM). Application form submission starts: 05 October, 2026 (From: 9:00 AM).
How to Apply
Only online applications will be accepted via the university website (www.pumhsw.edu.pk). Printed application form must be submitted by courier with photocopies of documents to the Admission Department, PUMHSW-SBA. Entry Test and Admission processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 4,000/- must be deposited in A/C No: 1439-79014003-03 titled 'PUMHSW Online Students Receipts Account' at Habib Bank Limited (HBL). The paid original bank challan must be attached with the application form and documents. Admission is on open-merit basis throughout Sindh.
