Apply online through official portal at https://pumhs.edu.pk/careers.html simultaneously take print of form and submit with required documents. After submission, download system-generated bank challan of Rs. 2500/- (non-refundable) and deposit in A/C No.1439-79013279-01 titled 'PUMHSW Other Receipts Account' at Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and attach original paid challan with application form and documents. Send application form hardcopy along with challan by Courier/Registered Mail to Office of the Director HRM PUMHSW (SBA). Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
