1	Consultant <br> No. of position = 01	Minimum Master degree holder or equivalent 16 years of education in the relevant field along with minimum twenty (20) years of post-qualification experience, preferably in public sector organization. <br> OR <br> Ph.D. degree holder in the relevant field along with minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience, preferably in public sector organization <br> (Max. Age Limit: 62 years)	Bio-technology <br> Experience: <br> The Candidate having proven excellence/scientific & technical track record in the field of Bio-technology with vast experience of execution or handling PSDP or International/National Funded Projects. Adequate knowledge of Quality Management & Projects/Technical Reports writing skills shall be given preference
2	Consultant <br> No. of position = 01	Minimum Master degree holder or equivalent 16 years of education in the relevant field along with minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience, <br> OR <br> Ph.D. degree holder in the relevant field along with minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience <br> (Max. Age Limit: 62 years)	Mines & Minerals or Geology, Geophysics or Exploration Geology <br> Experience: <br> Adequate knowledge of handling Geological software capable to analyze and interpret geophysical and geochemical data, hands-on experience of drilling and sampling techniques, including core logging and sample preparation. Additional experience of managing exploration projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management shall be given due preference.
3	Consultant <br> No. of position = 01	Minimum Master degree holder or equivalent 16 years of education in the relevant field along with minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience, <br> OR <br> Ph.D. degree holder in the relevant field along with minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience. <br> (Max. Age Limit: 62 years)	Chemical Engineer <br> Experience: <br> Adequate knowledge of chemical engineering principles to design, develop, and optimize processes including electro winning, leaching & smelting etc. The candidate must have expertise in data analysis and handling the software such as METSIM, Aspen Plus, or similar. Additional knowledge of Project Management including budgeting, scheduling & personnel management and familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations shall be given preference.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The appointments shall be made purely on contract basis, initially, for a period of 12 months extendable another term of 01 year, on satisfactory performance.
• The remuneration shall be negotiable and be decided in view of qualification/ experience of the candidate.
• The applicants having higher qualification and excellent academic career will be preferred.
• Candidates having any 3rd division will not be considered.
• Those already in Govt. Service may apply through proper channel.
• The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and to postpone or stop the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Selection will be made on purely merit basis and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
• Rules and Regulations of PCSIR for recruitment will be applicable.
• The initial place of posting shall be at PCSIR Labs. Complex, Lahore. However, successful candidate can be posted anywhere in PCSIR Laboratories across the Country.
