How to Apply?

Eligibility Criteria:
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP/ICMAP).
Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP).
Law degree from an HEC-recognized university.
At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate, legal, or regulatory affairs.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Public Sector Companies and State Owned Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
Organize and document Board and Committee meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison with SECP and other regulatory bodies.
Provide expert advice on corporate governance, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee corporate filings, disclosures, and statutory reporting.
Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and corporate governance frameworks in Pakistan.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Maximum age: 40 years at the time of application.
Terms of Appointment:
Contract-based position for 3 years, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
