Hiring of HR Consultant
The PMDC, a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy, is seeking an HR Consultant (Individual) on a one-year fixed-term contract.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: MBA or Master’s degree in a related field from an HEC-recognized or international institution.
- Experience:
- Relevant 20 years of post-qualification experience in strategic HR operations.
- Minimum 5–8 years in a Leadership/Functional Head role in Public Sector Organizations or SOEs with at least 2,000 employees.
- Expertise in Labor Unions (CBA), compensation frameworks, and succession planning is required.
- Experience in the Mining/Energy sector or cross-functional experience in Admin/Supply Chain is preferred.
- Age: Maximum 65 years as of the application deadline.
Terms of Reference (Major Duties)
- Develop and execute HR Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead organizational restructuring and workforce optimization.
- Manage industrial relations and engagement with labor unions.
- Design compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks.
- Support talent management and succession planning.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO/MD and the Board.
