The candidate shall be appointed in accordance with the criteria prescribed under State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act. 2023, State-Owned Enterprises (Ownership and Management) Policy, 2023 and Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Ordinance, 1979 (as amended to date) and must fulfil Fit and Proper Criteria as laid down in the aforesaid statutes.
The candidate shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years on a performance-based contract, extendable by another two (2) years term on demonstration of substantial satisfactory performance.
