A top level Executive is required who will take charge of the Human Resource Management of the company. The candidate is expected to have extensive proven experience in the fields of administration having special expertise in the areas of talent acquisition and employees relations at all levels. He should have special expertise in developing compensation and benefits packages competitive with the market. A proven experience in the field of training and development with the objective of succession planning in all segments of the company is highly desirable within the industry. |

MBA (HR)/MPA/Master in HR from HEC recognized university or an equivalent degree from a reputable foreign university duly recognized by HEC. |

Must have at least 20 years of experience in managing HR functions including at least 5 year experience as Head of HR/leading role in large and reputable organizations effectively managed 300 plus employees. |

Strong background in public relations with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with government departments and regulatory bodies. |
