General Instruction: The tenure of the membership in 03 years as prescribed under section-4 of the Act.
The maximum age limit shall be regulated as per policy of the government.
The decision of the Search and Nomination Committee constituted under appointment of members (Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council) Regulations, 2023 shall be final and not challengeable on any grounds.
