SITUATION VACANT
Applications are invited by Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore for the re-engagement of retired staff from the Signal Department on a contract basis for a period of one year, subject to physical fitness.

- Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired official from the post of Sub Engineer Signal (BS-11) or Signal Inspector (BS-16) in Pakistan Railways.
- Age must not exceed 62 years.
- Qualification: Matric or DAE in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom (Board of Technical Education) OR a Diploma of Associate Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in Railway Signaling Projects.
Terms and Conditions
- Salary: Based on the last pay drawn plus allowed allowances under contract rules (no gratuity or pension distribution).
- Duration: One year, extendable for another year based on performance and requirement.
- Fitness: Candidates must pass a medical fitness exam at a Pakistan Railways Hospital.
- Ineligibility: Those retired compulsorily, removed from service, or retired on medical grounds are not eligible.

- Documents Required: Educational certificates, CNIC, Railway retired ID card, PPO photocopy, LPC photocopy, Service Certificate, 3 passport photos, and 3 postal envelopes.

- Processing Fee: A postal order of Rs. 1000/- must be attached.
