How to Apply?
- A. The candidate should possess a Graduate degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing from a reputable institution duly recognized by HEC or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, and be an associate of a recognized professional body in the relevant field.
- B. Should be an Associate/Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII/FCII), Institute of Actuaries (UK), or Society of Actuaries (US) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries.
- C. Should have a Master's degree in Insurance/Risk Management or Actuarial Sciences from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- Minimum Required Experience:
- The candidate should have at least ten years of experience in a reputable organization of repute with commercial orientation in the field of insurance or reinsurance or finance or commerce or marketing or any other relevant field.
- Senior level experience in organizations of similar commercial nature as an executive; or
- As a member of the Board of Directors or Head of the governing body of a professional institution.
- Out of the minimum required 10 years of experience, at least 5 years should be as a keyofficer or director or chief executive/principal officer in an insurance company or as an officer of the insurance regulator as required under the Insurance Rules 2017 and InsuranceCompanies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012.
