CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS MANAGER, TRANSFORMER RECLAMATION (DISTRIBUTION) WORKSHOP, NOWSHERA IN BPS-19
Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is running various projects for the welfare of its employees under the Managing Director (PWF). The Foundation is looking for an individual having a dynamic personality with the ability/capacity to improve its efficiency.
- TENURE:
The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) up to a maximum of 03 years or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
- QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from an HEC recognized university.
- AGE/ELIGIBILITY:
Maximum 62 years / Retired WAPDA / DISCOs / NTDC employees with a good service record.
- EXPERIENCE:
Four (04) years of experience as Superintending Engineer/Manager in BPS-19 or above positions (CEs/GMs).
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated.
- Excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supervision of monthly progress of repairing Distribution Transformers of all different capacities.
- Control of Administration of Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop.
- Quality repairing of Distribution Transformers of different capacities.
- Control/Management of Main Store of Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop, Nowshera.
- Inspection of Material required for repair of Distribution Transformers.
- Billing/recoveries regarding repair of Transformers of different capacities. Expansion of Business with Corporate Entities.
- Suggesting PWF for improving the quality of repairing Transformers.
- Skills in maintaining good relationships & liaison with clients.
- Experience and well-conversant with the Disposal of Dismantled Material.
