VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited for the following vacancies at PIC-MTI, Peshawar purely on Contract basis as per the following conditions:

C. No	POST	GENDER	AGE (YRS)	QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.	Intensive Care Unit-ICU (Paeds Cardiology) (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor/ Intensivist Paeds Cardiology)	Male/Female	—	Qualification & Experience: Applicant must have FCPS in Pediatric Intensive Care/ Pediatric, or MRCP specially training, or US Board Certification, CCT, or other equivalent qualifications in the relevant specialty recognized/registered by the PMDC. The eligibility criteria for the Positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor shall be followed as per Latest PMDC Rules and MTI Act 2015, Latest Rules and Regulations (Appendix 10) shall apply i.e. 2 years of experience in the relevant field after receipt of the qualification/diploma is required, as well as two published research papers (this is a PMDC requirement and subject to amendment by the PMDC). Preference will be given to applicants familiar with the latest techniques in Intensive Care and 02 Years of experience working in a modern reputable state-of-the-art intensive care unit.
2.	Trainee Registrar-Paeds ICU	Male/Female	—	Qualification & Experience: MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by PMDC with valid registration. FCPS part II training completed in Pediatrics. Preference will be given to candidates having experience/training in Paeds ICU in a Tertiary Care Hospital.
3.	Medical Officer-Nephrology	Male/Female	Up to 40	Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree from university recognized by PMDC with valid registration and house job certificate. Experience: At least 02-year post House Job experience in the respective specialty is required in tertiary care hospital.
4.	Research Analyst	Male/Female	Up to 40	Qualification: Master's Degree in Statistics / Public Health (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/ Institute. Experience: At least 01 Year of Post Qualification experience in conducting clinical research and managing databases.
5.	Clinical Technician-Cath Lab	Male/Female	Up to 40	Qualification: Diploma in Cardiology from Medical Faculty. Experience: At least 01-year post qualification experience in Cardiac Cath Lab in a Tertiary Care Hospital.
6.	Assistant Cardiac Perfusionist	Male/Female	Up to 30	Qualification: BS Perfusion Sciences from an HEC Recognized University. Experience: At least 01 Year of Post Qualification Cardiac Perfusion Experience in a Tertiary Care Hospital.

HOW TO APPLY

Applicant is required to register and update his/her profile along with all details i.e. personal information, qualification and experience etc. Job application without online apply will not be accepted.
2. After completion of the creating profile on Job Portal, the candidate is required to apply for the desired position available on the Portal. Once the Job application is complete, a fulfilled Job Application Form will be sent to the applicant via registered email.
3. 4. Candidates are advised to complete the online job application form with full diligence and concentration and verify all details before applying for job.
5. The service of the candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 including its amendments and Regulations of the institution.
6. Candidates should be eligible in all respects including qualification (Degree and Diploma), experience (only post-qualification experience will be considered which is duly issued by either the Administration/Human Resources or Establishment department of the institution concerned with proper references and date of issuance), age (calculated as on last date of advertisement).
7. The following applications will be subjected to disqualification and will not be entertained:

a) Incomplete applications i.e. missing or improper information, missing or improper experience certificates as mentioned in serial 3, missing Diploma or Degree as per requirements/criteria.
b) Applications received after the scheduled date.
c) Application received without processing fee shall not be entertained.
d) Candidates found with a fake/tempered document at any stage, will be debarred from any stage of the process or employment.
e) Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means.
f) Any disclosure of confidential information of the institute.
g) For a qualification to be valid, a degree is a must, the mere submission of a marks sheet/ Transcript/ DMC/ course completion certificate will lead to applications rejection and will not be entertained at any stage.
h) An application received after the closing time and date shall stand automatically rejected.

8. The selected candidate may be called to work in any of the existing or future vacancies, along with NOC from the concerned organization, clearly stating the length of service and other particulars. In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time, institutional employee and will have to resign from his/her existing employment with any other organization/ institution/department, failing which the offer of employment will be withdrawn.
9. The institution reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the positions, alter the number of positions, or reject any application without assigning any reason. The decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Competent Authority/Board of Governors.
10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
11. After the final decision, no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
12. The institution reserves the right to conduct a written test/screening test/skill test for the purpose of applying for the job.
