- Candidates' age limit is set at 41 years.
- Candidates must be a permanent resident of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and hold a Class-I domicile of Poonch District.
- Candidates should submit applications on plain paper along with all educational certificates, domicile certificate, and a certified copy of the computerized National Identity Card by the due date.
- Original documents must be presented during the interview. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
